1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ok22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the ok22 website located at https://ok22.vu and all related gaming, betting, and account services offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the ok22 platform, or placing any bet or wager via our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ok22 platform and close your account.

ok22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on the ok22 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary product-specific or promotional terms, the product-specific or promotional terms shall take precedence only to the extent of the conflict, and these Terms shall otherwise apply in full.

These Terms are written in English. The English language version is the binding version. ok22 may publish informational summaries in other formats, but in the event of any discrepancy, the English text of these Terms governs.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ok22 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ok22 is an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or receiving any winnings from ok22.
• You must be a natural person — not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order, either imposed by ok22 or by any responsible gambling organisation, that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

ok22 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ok22 services, you must register a player account through the official ok22 registration process. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ok22 platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through a third party — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep that information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and any payment method details submitted for deposit or withdrawal purposes. ok22 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ok22 account login credentials. ok22 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted via your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ok22 support immediately at [email protected].

Account Transfers

ok22 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise assign your account or any account balance to another person. Any attempted transfer will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ok22 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ok22 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the ok22 account dashboard at the time of transaction. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ok22 BDT wallet within seconds of a successful transaction. ok22 does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own service charges — please check with your provider before initiating a deposit.

All funds deposited into ok22 must be your own and must not originate from illegal or fraudulent sources. ok22 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit and to freeze funds pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account — this is a standard anti-money-laundering control. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed on the same business day for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your bank account.

ok22 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals requested before identity verification is complete will be held pending the successful submission and review of the required documents.

Currency and Conversion

ok22 operates exclusively in BDT. There is no currency conversion step — you deposit in BDT, your balance is held in BDT, and you withdraw in BDT. ok22 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by international card networks when a player uses a Visa or Mastercard issued in a foreign currency.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ok22 offers a range of bonus promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general principles set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by ok22 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers — are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Bonus Abuse

ok22 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close any account where ok22 has reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using promotional funds in a pattern designed to exploit wagering requirement completion without genuine play intent, and coordinated play between multiple accounts to generate artificial turnover.

Promotional Eligibility

ok22 may restrict certain promotions to specific player segments, geographic regions (within Bangladesh), game types, or time periods. ok22 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have active self-exclusion restrictions in place are not eligible to receive or use bonus funds during the exclusion period.

6 User Obligations

By registering and using the ok22 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the ok22 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or organised gambling activity.
• You will provide truthful and accurate information in all communications with ok22, including support requests, verification submissions, and account registration details.
• You will not attempt to access the ok22 platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software designed to simulate human interaction or gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not exploit any error, malfunction, bug, or miscalculation displayed on the ok22 platform. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known or exploited error are void and will be reversed.
• You will not engage in any activity that imposes a disproportionate load on ok22's infrastructure, including distributed denial-of-service attacks or any similar technical interference.
• You will promptly notify ok22 at [email protected] if you become aware of any security vulnerability, bug, or error on the platform that could affect the fairness of games or the security of other players' accounts.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in your jurisdiction. ok22 does not provide legal advice and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
• You will use the ok22 platform in accordance with these Terms and all supplementary product-specific and promotional terms published on the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok22 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the ok22 platform — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — as a vehicle to launder proceeds of illegal activity is strictly forbidden. ok22 operates robust anti-money-laundering controls and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds for wagering. Any player who files an unjustified chargeback will have their account closed and any winnings forfeited.
• Match Fixing and Collusion: Any attempt to fix the outcome of a sporting event or to collude with other players to manipulate the results of a game is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence in most jurisdictions.
• Multiple Account Operation: Registering or operating more than one ok22 account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, for any purpose including circumventing self-exclusion.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the ok22 platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly assisting a minor to access the platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration, verification, or any communication with ok22.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated wagering software to place bets, generate turnover, or exploit promotional offers.

8 Account Closure & Termination

Either you or ok22 may close your player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ok22 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, ok22 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining BDT balance to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard anti-money-laundering checks. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling habits, ok22 strongly encourages you to explore our self-exclusion options as an alternative to simple account closure — self-exclusion prevents re-registration during the exclusion period, providing stronger protection. Closure by ok22

ok22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; regulatory or legal requirements; or where ok22 determines that continuing to serve the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other players.

Inactive Accounts

An ok22 account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ok22 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any inactive account policy. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held for a period of 36 months from the date of last activity, after which ok22 reserves the right to forfeit dormant balances in accordance with applicable law.
